How to Prepare Ravioli/Tortelloni with Butter and Sage at Home

1. Boil 1 litre of water for each portion of ravioli/tortelloni in a saucepan
2. Add 1/4 tablespoon of salt to the boiling water
3. Add the ravioli/tortelloni to the boiling water and cook for around 2 minutes
4. Meanwhile, gently heat the butter and sage in a pan until melted
5. When the ravioli are cooked add to the pan with the butter and sage and mix
6. Serve
